TITLE: TFH Preschool Volunteer Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Children's 
CAMPUS:Vacaville
HOURS: Part-Time (up to 28 hours)

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY
A TFH Kids Preschool Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for the administration ofVolunteers and the weekend program for our 3-5 year olds. His/her primary function is to schedule volunteers, organize curriculum, run our Vacaville Campus’ weekend programs.

QUALIFICATIONS (AT THE TIME OF HIRE)
• 2-5 years administrative experience. Experience working in TFH Kids is a plus.
• Must demonstrate a basic knowledge of the following computer programs; Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be willing to learn new programs as needed.
• Believes in and supports The Father’s House’s values and Statement of Faith.
• Must be a member of The Father’s House.
• Knowledge of Orange Curriculum preferred. 
• Knowledge of Planning Center preferred. 
• Knowledge of Rock RMS Database preferred.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
• Reports directly to the Kid’s Pastor/s

RESPONSIBILITIES 
 • Recruit, motivate, and equip volunteers to serve during weekend services.
• Oversee the volunteer schedule for your ministry area, ensuring all positions are covered; personally step in to fill gaps if needed.
• Supervise your assigned age group’s classroom each weekend, ensuring the program runs according to the Kid’s Pastor’s       expectations.
• Organize and distribute curriculum for weekend services.
• Follow TFH Kids Administrative Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with TFH Kids Pastors on events throughout the year.
• Assist with preparation and leadership for Adventure Camp during the summer.
Compensation: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
