TFH Kids Central Curriculum Administrator
The Father’s House
Job Description:
A TFH Kids Central Curriculum Administrator is responsible for the organization and distribution of curriculum to all TFH Campuses. His/her primary function is to organize curriculum and supply all campuses with the support they need for their weekend program.
Qualifications:
· 2 years administrative experience. Experience working in TFH Kids is a plus.
· Must demonstrate a basic knowledge of the following computer programs; Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be willing to learn new programs as needed.
· Believes in and supports The Father’s House’s values and Statement of Faith.
· Must be a member of The Father’s House.
Preferred:
· Knowledge of Orange Curriculum
· Knowledge of Planning Center
· Knowledge of Playlister
· Knowledge of Rock RMS Database
Reporting Relationships:
· Reports directly to the Central Assistant Director
Responsibilities
· Sorting curriculum to suit each age groups needs.
· Ordering all supplies needed for each campus to execute weekend curriculum.
· Creating documents for lesson plans.
· Creating playlists on Playlister for each campus.
· Supply all campuses with the support they needed for the weekend services.
· Update Planning Center to reflect each weeks lesson plan.
· Creating notes for Service Leads and Hosts.
· Creating Volunteer Training Videos as it pertains to weekend curriculum.
· Creates style guides for monthly theming.
· Organizes monthly volunteer appreciation.
· Communicates with Campuses each week about upcoming curriculum.
· Coordinate weekday volunteer that help with curriculum prep.
· Follow TFH Kids Administrative SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
· Works hand in hand with Central TFH Kids Pastors on all Events.
· Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Central TFH Kids Pastor.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
